The Truth: The Body Remembers

My path began with lived experience. From an early age, I was deeply sensitive and intuitive to the feelings and energy around me—but without the tools to manage it, I carried that sensitivity as physical stress, quiet survival patterns, and an exhausting belief that I just had to keep pushing through.

A serious car accident as a teenager set me on a nearly 40-year journey navigating severe illness, autoimmune conditions, thyroid challenges, and chronic pain. Through my own patient recovery, I discovered a profound truth: the body remembers. It holds onto stress, life’s hardships, inherited patterns, and unprocessed experiences long after the analytical mind has tried to move on.

As an electrical engineer by training, energy and frequency have always made natural, practical sense to me.
